This shielded eSATAp to SATA 22Pin Data Hard Disk Adapter Cable offers a high quality 0.5m connection between a desktop or laptop computer and external SATA storage devices, allowing you to “externalize” the impressive capabilities offered by Serial ATA.This eSATAp (Power over eSATA) to SATA 22pin enables you to connect your HDD/SSD with SATA 22pin interface to a free Power Over eSATA (eSATAp) port. eSATAp (power over eSATA) is a high speed connection for External storage devices. External storage devices includes portable hard disks ( 2.5" SATA HDD), solid-state drives (SSD) and network-attached storage (NAS). eSATAp port can be found on notebook PCs and desktop machines.
