What is a mini HDMI?
A mini HDMI is a smaller version of the standard HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) connector. It’s typically used in devices where space is limited, like cameras, tablets, and some laptops.
Physically, the mini HDMI connector is about half the size of a regular HDMI port, but it serves the same purpose: transmitting high-definition video and audio signals between devices. It uses a Type C connector, while the standard HDMI uses a Type A connector.
To connect a device with a mini HDMI port to a regular HDMI port (like on a TV or monitor), you'll need a mini HDMI to standard HDMI cable or an adapter.
