1. 16 Port PCIe X1 SATA Adapter Card: PCI-Express X1 extends 16 x SATA III 6Gbps ports, so PC can access 16 x SATA drivers at the same time. You can set up a storage pool with 16 x SATA disks, or configure Software RAID in Windows/Mac OS/Linux. (Noted: Can not support Hardware RAID).
2. Based on 3 x JMB575+1 x ASM1064 chip, Upstream PCI-Express 3.0 X1 Speed: 16 x SATA III 6Gbps ports share PCI-Express 3.0 X1 bandwidth (8Gbps), so all 16 x SATA III drivers can not reach 6Gbps at the same time.
3. Advantages and Disadvantages: This SATA adapter can connect with 16 x SATA disks, but only PCI-Express 3.0 X1 Speed at max. It is an economical and practical mass storage solution.
4. 16 x LED Indicators: The red color is the working status, and the Red flashing is data reading/writing.
