Troubleshooting

Q1: Can't charge my devices

A1: Check whether the host USB-C port of your device supports power delivery or not.

Q2: Resolution Problem

A2: To achieve optimal 3840 x 2160 resolution, please use it with a 4K screen display monitor and HDMI 2.0 cable. If you connect VGA, the resolution of all monitors will be limited to 1920 x 1080@60Hz (maximum). When connecting 3 monitors, one of the monitor screen resolutions may be lower than 1920 x 1080@60Hz (depending on the monitor and bandwidth).

Q3: Display Problem

A3: Windows Display Problem: A. Make sure the Type C power delivery port on your laptop is USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen2) or Thunderbolt 3 port (support for Display Alternate Modes and Power Delivery） B. Check your HDMI cable. C. Ensure sufficient power supply from the USB C hub. D. Intel Graphics Card only supports 3 monitors MST triple display, thus one of four monitors will not be displayed.

Apple Display Problem: For the Apple laptop, in its extended mode, 3 external monitors will display the same content but the laptop screen can display different content from them. Some Macbooks running Mojave will support only a single external monitor via USB-C. ( Ensure sufficient power supply from the USB C hub)

Q4: Black Screen Problem

A4: If the HDMI monitors go black for 2–4 seconds and then recover, it is normal. It is a process of EDID (Extended Display Identification Data) communication, which may blackout the screen for a few seconds. The recovery time depends on the laptop and monitor (1 minute at max).

Q5: Hot Key for Display Mode

A5: For Windows laptops, you can press "WIN + P" to quickly select the display mode. Once your laptop shuts down or goes to sleep, you need to replug the product to get extended mode again.

Q6: Incompatible Devices

A6: Microsoft Surface Pro 7/HP Elitebook 840 G3(Can't extend monitor); Microsoft Surface Book2 (Can't pass power) ACER laptop/ DELL Inspiron/Dell Latitude with USB Type-c Gen 1（Video signal output isn't supported); Lenovo C Series (Power delivery is not supported ); Apple USB SuperDrive; Acer with USB-C 3.1 Gen 1; Dell XPS 13 and ASUS Zenbook UX434X, (not a full list).

Answer: Yes, as long as the monitor has a VGA port

Question: Does it work with HP 830 g5? will it charge it?

Answer: From what we can see, yes it is compatible with the HP 830 G5. By connecting your laptop via the USB-C port, you should be able to charge your laptop.

Question: I bought this hub for my new MacBook Pro and it interferes with my laptop's functions like the internet stops working. is this normal?

"If you have too much hardware to be plugged together and you want to transfer data from here to there and there to somewhere else, then this device is required. All of the devices can be plugged together.
I used to plug in a hard disk, copy it to the computer, and then remove it and plug in another hard disk to copy..!!! Wasting my time.. this HUB saves all that annoying time..
Well, This is a HUB.. don't mistake it for a storage device as I DID..!
I bought it thinking it to be a storage device but finally realized it's a HUB.
Doesn't matter though as it's still helpful for me as I usually have a lot of devices with which I keep working.
In the demo video, I have connected 2 Hard disks, 1 charging wire to the Bluetooth speaker, wired headphones, camera SD card. still, there were more than 2 porta available. I didn't understand what went in so I just left.
the kit has an Instructional book that can be referred to. It's a very very handy device especially when you are travelling
