CAT 5E Ethernet Patch Cables

STC CAT 5E Ethernet Patch Cables combine high performance with versatility to bring speedy network connections to all of your devices: anywhere, anytime. This reliable and durable cable allows you to have a consistent, secure connection for your home, office, and entertainment needs.

Pure Copper Cable

STC CAT 5E patch cables are made of 100% premium bare copper wire, making our cables fully compliant with UL standards. These high-quality cables provide exceptional transmission performance and low signal losses. Other patch cables that are made of CCA (copper clad aluminum wire), are prone to data loss and slow speeds.

High-Quality Materials

All of our cables use Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors as well as pure copper wiring to increase connectivity quality and to prevent corrosion. Our cables only use the best materials to ensure a top-notch connection for years to come.

Fast Transfer Speed

With lightning-fast speeds of up to 1GB per second, our booted ethernet cables provide reliable, efficient data transfer for server applications, cloud storage, video streaming and more. InstallerParts patch cables support up to 350MHz

Flexible & Durable

All STC patch cables are encased in a durable PVC jacket for maximum protection and flexibility. The PVC coating protects the cable against water, dust, and other contaminants to prevent network connectivity errors and keep your devices running smoothly.

Customer Feedback

"Great value and I really like the "snagless" connector on these, it holds securely and isn't as hard to unplug as the full boots on many other patch cables. The 1' length is really convenient for going from a patch panel to a switch without having to do additional cable management which makes replacing a switch or re-patching things a lot easier! Also I've had good results with these (and other Cable Matters cables) as far as build quality goes, they're the best available for the value."

"I use STC almost exclusively at home and at work. The cost is super cheap. I've never, out of hundreds of cables, had a bad cable. The boot style used doesn't have that annoying quality that so many others have where you can't actually remove it from the device."

"This cable is actually better than other Cat5 cables I've tried, which is not something your would expect from a cable, but there it is. Why? Well, look at the end cap in the photo: see that little round shield that covers the release tab? It's there to protect the tab from getting caught on something and breaking. And in fact, that getting caught and breaking thing is probably the number one reason you might have to replace a cable (unless you need to go longer or something). I have broken many a tab in my day. So thanks, InstallerParts. I appreciate you!"

"Well...it is what it is. It works and the price is right. I used this as a temporary cable to go from my switch to my desktop computer upstairs. I didn't want to buy a dedicated wireless card for it. I ran this along the perimeter of the room and shoved the cable under the baseboard. You can't even see it, which is exactly what I was going for."

"This is some excellent CAT5e cable. Unlike the stuff I tried from a national mart chain, this doesn't get all twisted and knotted, and when you're laying it on a wall it handles turns and corners without a problem. It also cost a lot less, too. I'm very pleased!
If you're looking for Ethernet cable for your home, you'll be happy with CAT5e. Yes, CAT6 is better, but chances are your home network doesn't have anywhere near the bandwidth or needs to require it. As it stands, most home networks won't even come close to the limits of CAT5e, let alone needing CAT6. Save yourself a few bucks and go with the CAT5e unless you're wiring an office building with some serious commercial hardware."
